What we believe
The Holy Trinity
We believe in one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit, Creator of all things.

Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 3:6-17, Colossians 1:15-17
God the Father
We believe the Father is the Source of all that exists. He relates to people as Father, forever declaring His goodwill toward them. In love He both seeks and receives those who repent.
Corinthians 8:6, I Peter 1:3
Jesus the Son
We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, was crucified, died, was buried, was resurrected, ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of God the Father and is both fully God and fully man.
Matthew 1:18, 1 Corinthians 15:1-4, Mark 16:19, 1 John 5:20
The Holy Spirit
We believe in the active work of the Holy Spirit to change a person and make them new, empower them for victorious Christian living and service to God. The Holy Spirit also provides believers with specific spiritual gifts for more effective ministry.

Luke 24:49, Acts 1:4,8 1 Corinthians 12:1-31, John 14:26
The Bible
We believe in the ultimate authority of the Bible as it was written and inspired by God.

2 Timothy 3:16, I Thessalonians 2:13, 2 Peter 1:21
Baptism
We believe water baptism is for all believers as a declaration of their faith in Jesus Christ as Savior.
Mark 16:6, Acts 2:38, 8:12. 36-38, 10:47-48
Return of Christ
We believe in the Christian's hope; the soon coming, personal return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Acts 1:11, I Corinthians 15:57, I Thessalonians 4:16-17
Salvation
We believe in salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. God provides salvation for all who believe and accept His free offer of forgiveness. Mankind's only hope of redemption from sin is through the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ.
John 3:16, Acts 2:21, Romans 10:9
Sanctification
Sanctification is the work of the Holy Spirit in believers separating them from sin unto God and is enabled to love God with all the heart and to walk in His holy commandments blameless. It is a process that takes place as Christians devote themselves to God.

Romans 12:1, Matthew 22:37
Eternal Life
We believe in the resurrection of the dead, the eternal happiness of those who have been saved, and the eternal punishment of the lost.

Matthew 25:34 & 41,
I Corinthians 15:22 & 42,
I Peter 1:4
Communion
We believe in Communion (The Lord's Supper) in obedience to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ. Communion is a sacrament intended for Jesus' followers, by which they acknowledge and remember His work on the cross- the ultimate sacrifice made on our behalf for the forgiveness of the sins of humanity.

Matthew 26:26-28,
John 6:53-54
Mission
We believe in partnering with God's Kingdom work with local and global missions, extending compassion and the love of Christ with those in need.
